Carmageddon: High Octane for Big Box PC, Vintage 1998 RARE
Box is pretty beat up. The person I bought it from originally just shipped it in a bag with no protection and it was missing the cardboard insert as well and the box got crushed pretty good so I custom made a cardboard insert for it so it can fit the box and preserve the box life. Look at the pictures so you can see the what the box looks like. Other than that, the game itself is in great shape and comes with the manuals and all that.
