Please note that there are only three WATA 9.8 copies of this first print copy of the game in existence per WATA’s June 2023 population report, making this one of the best condition games in existence. This is a first print copy, distinct from the separate Not for Resale variant that was part of a separate bundle. There are no apparent defects with the box or seal per the CGC 9.6, A+ grade. This is one of the most important games of the Playstation 3 generation that went on to generate multiple sequels, spinoffs, and even a movie franchise. Accordingly, it is a must have for video game collectors.
